I have completed my bachelors in Telecommunication Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology; Jamshoro in December 2016 with a CGPA of 3.11/4.00. I have more than one year professional experience in Multinet Pakistan as a Network Engineer where I was proactively monitored overall Backbone network and troubleshoot it remotely. I have also experience how to deal with blue chip customers and provide effective information (ETA, ETTR, RFO and customer queries) on timely manner and to deal with Escalation. Having real-time monitoring experience at Huawei, CISCO, Corient, BDCOM device. I can deal with field team and international providers to resolve the issue and provide best service to the customers. Apart from customer dealing I have Complete Knowledge of CCNA/MPLS/GPON and hands on practice on configuration of Layer 1 Circuits and troubleshoot Layer 1/2/3 Circuits. I'm an indispensable asset for an organization with Integrity, Professionalism and Career development working mutually towards organizational goal.
